For the first six weeks of Evangeline's life the three of us were together all the time. It was wonderful. Now we have moved back into the working world and Kaia and I are doing the baby trade off. Yesterday that meant Kaia got home at 2:30 and I jetted out the door and headed to work.
I was only away from Evie Lu for eight hours, but I can speak for Kaia when I say it feels like being gone for an eternity. Evangeline is growing so fast I'm afraid of missing anything.
The pictures here feature the baby bunting my mom made. When we first saw the bunting it seemed huge, but no longer.

My granddaughter looks adorable in her bunting! I'm glad she has lots of room to grow, but my goodness, how big she has gotten!
