We greeted another family member to Seattle last night. My uncle Dan was in town for a conference and took us all out for a really nice meal. Evie was a very good girl and got to stay up past her usual bedtime to coo and smile at Dan. Even the weather cooperated, showing another midwesterner that it actually is sunny in Seattle (sometimes). Today is cloudy and rainy, making it a perfect day for cleaning, a costco run, and catching up on reading. Little Miss Fancy Pants will spend her day kicking, creeping, squealing, and putting everything in her mouth except rice cereal.

I love how lil' ViVi is all looking at Dan like, "Yes... this one will help me get in all sorts of mischief!" Also, how does she have cooler jeans than me? That's not fair.
Yes!!(fist pump) I made it into the blog! Great to meet Evie. Seattle boys, beware; those little blue eyes are gonna' break alot of hearts!
