Even though Evie Lu doesn't get to watch much football (or any), she somehow knows that her team is among the best. Or it could be that she just likes the pink jersey. Either way she looks good.

There is no 4 on the back of the jersey, but I'm pretty sure you and Shirley gave this to her as a Christmas present a couple of years ago.
I'm a Saints fan, so you'll have to take the Seahawks suggestion up with Kaia.
