We had a huge day yesterday, but the end of the day held the most amazing thing. It was 11pm and I was playing with Evie Lu before her final feeding of the night. Just for grins I placed her on her belly and then she surprised us. She turned over on her own!
It took Evangeline about five minutes to get from belly to back and we are not sure if it was dumb luck or if she'll do it again today, but it was really cool. Being the scientist, Kaia immediately went to the child development books and found out turning over usually happens from 3-4 months.
It was pretty cool.
