There's no reason she can't do both, is there? She could do a switch-off - you know, one song on keys, another on bass. And plus, her skills will make her flexible. No bass? No problem - just rock a funky bassline on your keyboard instead.
And yet, still I ask: where is that Fender onesie? It has to be worn to test her guitar aptitude.

Lile most bass players, she looks like she's pooping when she's playing. That's the key to playing good bass.
