Above: Grandma had to fly home last night, but we captured some sweet moments.
On this day a week ago we were together as a family in a hospital room. Today we are sitting at our dining room table eating breakfast. What a week! Evangeline's faces crack Will up, especially when she is being changed or in those sweet moments when she should be getting tired, but is wide awake instead and looking at the world.
Last night Kaia heard Evangeline through the baby monitor and looked over to see me patting a pillow on the back. The pillow went on to sleep through the night, but we weren't so luckily with our little girl.

take this time off to sleep during the day when she sleeps, you will thank yourself later...
The cares of the day will be there when you are through but rock that sweet baby because babies don't keep.
