Evangeline met her pediatrician, Dr. Ann, yesterday. After poking and proding, weighing and stretching Evangeline received an A+ for Excellence in "Baby-ness." She now weighs 9lbs! She was down to 7lbs 11oz just last Wednesday after her delivery weight of 8lbs 7oz. Her Dr. told us when she saw the weight gain there was a temptation to just send us home because we were clearly doing well.
Evangeline is still 21 1/2 inches long, but that is good enough to be in the 90th percentile. Her head circumference is also in the 90th percentile. (Does that come from mom or dad's side of the family?) Evangeline's weight is in the 75th percentile. We've got ourselves a grower and feeder.
Kaia stopped in at the lab for the first time since Evie Lu was born. While Kaia was at the lab, Evie Lu made her first pilgrimage to get a really good burger . http://www.kiddvalley.net/ Unfortunately for Evangeline, Will had to eat her burger due to lack of teeth. (Evangeline's lack of teeth, not Will's.)

Holy cow! She is adorable! Congrats to you and Kaia!
finally found your blog...JB informed me it was a necessity to check out your little one, and not that it's a hardship or anything, but I hadn't yet. Now I have and I am truly a more complete individual having done so. :)
