What's in a name?

The name "Evangeline" means "good news" or "bearer of good news", from Greek euangelion, meaning "good news" (generally translated, "Gospel"). There is a fun story for part of the reason why we went with this name, but you'll have to call to hear it.

Also check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evangeline for the complete story of the name and the people in Will's ancestry.

I cannot stop staring at this picture. It is making me extremely unproductive at work.

Kaia,
She totally has your cheeks and lips! It is so interesting to see both you and Will in her. I can't wait to meet her someday! Chris and I will be out in Washington this summer, hopefully we can see you all! God bless!
