Dad - Maybe it is having one of her Grandmas in the house, but Evangeline is sleeping better at night. I have managed to put up a good defense against the heel in the poop while changing her, but her new tactic is waiting until you are just about to put the new diaper on and then letting loose with pee. This effectively soaks everything and necessitates a complete wardrobe change. Could it be she just wants to try on all of her outfits?
And the coolest gift of yesterday? Grandma bought us a plunger! Flow free drains, flow free.
Mom - Just because you watch your husband make a mistake and laugh at him, does not mean you will avoid making the same mistake. I second the sneak attack pee complaint. Every day is a little more scary, but I feel more capable to handle being a mom.
Grandma - I had the great pleasure of seeing what great parents Will and Kaia are already becoming. They are both very calm and capable of caring for Evangeline. And Evangeline is so sweet, I got to hold her several times and I just love this new granddaughter. Parker, you and your new cousin are beautiful.
